- 7-day Whole Foods Cleanse, including four days of prep, daily affirmations to support your success, and four days of transitioning eliminated foods back into your diet (11 full days of prep and support!)
- Daily Mind Cleanse activities to help you reframe negative thoughts and experiences, tap into unconscious feelings, and promote creative expression
- Daily Guided Meditations to support relaxation, regeneration, and stress relief

Why cleanse in the Spring?
In Chinese medicine, Spring is connected to the liver and the gallbladder. These two organs are blood cleansers and they both work hard to keep your body free of toxins. In Western medicine the liver is also associated with detoxification and blood filtration. Its job is to filter and neutralize the harmful substances in your body so that they do not do any damage. When there is a toxic buildup in the liver and gallbladder the body can start to experience physical reactions such as exhaustion, colds, weight gain and depression, to name a few. In honoring the Spring season, the goal is to cleanse the liver and improve its functioning. Choosing the right foods, thoughts, and behaviors to heal the body and support proper detoxification by the liver cleanses the liver for a fresh and harmonious body.

We emerge from our period of hibernation, during which we turned to warming foods for comfort and literal warmth for our bodies. Perhaps we’re also a bit edgy or “stir crazy” after being indoors with minimal sunshine for several months. We also may crave renewal of our thoughts and behaviors to match the freshness of spring.

Meet your Body, Mind, & Spirit Cleanse Host:
I'm a graduate of the University of Louisville with an MS in Leadership, Foundations and Human Resource Education, a certified Integrative Nutrition Coach (IIN), and a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. My mission is “Angel Work” – the healing work we do for ourselves, which then allows us to be a healing force for the world. In my private practice in Louisville, Kentucky, I use my unique blend of expertise to facilitate healing for clients on all levels – Body, Mind, and Spirit.
